Exhall’s managing partner, Charlie Postins, has a proven track record as a successful entrepreneur and highly regarded automotive design sculptor, with more than 20 years of experience in sculpting clay models and leading design projects for major manufacturers throughout Europe and the US. Charlie co-founded the premium pet food company The Honest Kitchen, which he helped grow into a leading CPG brand in the US with annual sales in excess of $100 million. He is currently a member of The Honest Kitchen’s board of directors. 

Charlie’s roots in the automotive world extend to his passion for motorsport. In 2022 and 2023 Charlie and his co-driver were crowned GT4 America Champs, driving a BMW M4 GT4. Such was their success in 2022 that they also won the prestigious BMW Sports Trophy in Munich, awarded annually to the most successful BMW racing team. In 2024 they aim to win a third title in a row.
